  • Seems like this year, I have something to do every week. That's good. Because even though I feel completely drained, I feel alive. Anyways, today was Regional VASE. I hope I made it to State, although I kind of doubt it since I'm in Division IV this year, and everyone is pretty damn good. People seem to think my scratchboard piece is exceptional, but I don't think so. If that piece makes it, I think it's just because no one else has anything like it. But hey, success is success. No complaints there.

Yesterday was Heritage Day. Bryce looks good in traditional Chinese clothing, haha. ;D

Tonight is the Lakeside Carnival...I'm volunteering until like 7 at night. *dies*

    Still waiting...

  • "I don't like that term. It's kind of a liability." -Mitu, on "best friends".

I'm exhausted. Our video production team didn't qualify for state this year, but at least my individual event did. January started off a little rocky, but it didn't turn out to be such a bad month after all. I got an email that made me heart skip a beat. And some people had a little heart-to-heart with me. Hah.

Winter break was chill, but I didn't have time to write about it. I guess when I'm old I can just look at the photographs instead of reading this thing.

I do believe it's true, that there are roads left in both of our shoes
And if the silence takes you then I hope it takes me too
So brown eyes I'll hold you near, 'cause you're the only song I want to hear
A melody softly soaring through the atmosphere...

I wish I knew how amazing Death Cab was before I went to their concert. I can't believe I traded my DCFC shirt for a Snow Patrol shirt...ah, too late now.

  • I don't know why, but filming for BPA always makes me feel...alive. (And glad to be that way.)

This year, since Gary graduated and Krishna ditched us for his girlfrieeend, Yoshiki and Jennifer are joining us in Video Productions. The focus is supposed to be a public service announcement on a positive or negative (yeah, we chose the latter) aspect of online social networking. It was a lot of fun, since Yoshiki (as the only man on our team) played the stalker (would-be murderer/rapist/use-your-imagination), and I was the victim. Jen and Luce dolled me up and I looked like an angel. (Awww...!)

To think, we'll never eat pizza and crazy sticks on the pavement outside at 6:15 PM while dressed for a wedding again. Ever again. That moment is going to be a buried treasure, for years and years to come. Thinking about it like that, doesn't it make you want to tilt your head back and laugh until tears ran down your face?

No? Well jeez, sorry I'm a psycho.

Goodnight! I have to study for APUSH.
